Description

Dr. Stacy’s Clinical Note: “I consider Sodium Butyrate a ‘master regulator’ of the gut environment. It doesn’t just support digestion; it signals the body to maintain a strong, sealed intestinal barrier. This is a foundational tool for anyone following the Cellular Absorption Blueprint, as a healthy gut wall is required for optimal nutrient uptake.”

The Complete Postbiotic Stack: While Bio-Complete 3 provides a blend of pre, pro, and postbiotics, adding targeted Sodium Butyrate provides the specific cellular fuel needed for advanced gut-lining repair and liver detoxification.

Butyrate is a sodium-bound short-chain fatty acid (SCFA).  It is produced by bacteria in the lower colon and absorbed by colonocytes (cells lining the colon).  It then becomes an important food for these cells.  A lack of beneficial bacteria in the colon can lead to an inadequate supply of butyrate.  Butyrate cleanses the liver, gallbladder, and biliary system.  It also cleanses the intestines, controls ammonia, removes rebellious fat (very long fat that accumulates with age), and reduces the expression of inflammatory immune markers called cytokines.
